At Preform, all of our clothing is made to order with care and attention to detail. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is flawed or made incorrectly.

We Only Accept Returns If:
    •    The item was made incorrectly (wrong design, size, or color from what was ordered)
    •    The item arrived with a clear defect or damage

To request a return, contact us at preformclothing1@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include the following:
    •    Your order number
    •    A clear photo of the flaw or issue
    •    A brief description of the problem

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or a refund.
